• My cartridges are not going deep enough, what do I do?

  If you find that your cartridges are not going deep enough into the ground, you may find it useful to soak the ground first to soften the surface, and, add weight to the grassbox i.e sandbag.

• My cylinder keeps slipping/stopping - what do I do?

  It sounds like there is not enough tension on the drive belt – please see your manual on how to adjust this.

• My engine is running but no Roller or Cylinder Drive - what do I do?

  It sounds like the main drive couplings have disengaged under the transmission cover. Remove the drive cover and slide couplings into the mesh and tighten grubscrews. A small amount of locktite on the grubscrew can help to prevent this.

• My mower is not going forward very quickly or roller keeps stopping - what do I do?

  It sounds like there is not enough tension on the drive belt - please see your manual on how to adjust this.
